When naval architects Judel/Vrolijk and interior designer Dick Young teamed up with this well-known Swedish builder, the result was bound to be stimulating. This new 40-foot center-cockpit yacht has improved sailing performance and interior styling that enhances the cruising experience.

The cockpit is well configured, teak decks are standard, and a very nice cockpit table makes the evening meal something to look forward to once the anchor is down. Belowdecks, the interior is bright and cheerful with hand-crafted joinery in African mahogany and jatoba. The guest cabin, with an oversized V-berth, is all the way forward; the aft owner’s cabin is available with a two- or three-berth configuration. The single head is located directly across from the galley at the foot of the main companionway. Finish throughout is to the highest standard.
