Lewmar Marine’s parent company, Clyde Marine, has changed its name—to Lewmar Marine. It’s the latest in a series of developments this year for the British-based company, which has just promoted American Peter O’Connell to CEO. In July, its subsidiary Navtec became a branded division of Lewmar. Just before the Annapolis show, Lewmar announced two new promotions within its U.S. division. Gregory J. Smith was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Lewmar USA and President of Navtec Corporation, and Jay Stockmann was promoted to Executive Vice-President.
